Odor Complaint Process

To register ODOR complaints, please first call the Environmental Health Agency and speak with Steve Kephart at: 805-654-2434 or Daryl Siegrist (805-648-9248). When calling please be sure to leave a message with the date, time and the source in which you think the odor is coming from, e.g. the mushroom farm and your address. Once you've called the EPA, you must then call the mushroom farm manager (if you believe the source is from the farm) and speak with Allan Marlowe at 642-3253, ext. 504 or his cell at 290-6548. The mushroom farm has asked to be contacted so that they may check their operations and make any necessary adjustments.
